Terms & Conditions for Referral Scheme
1. If You refer an existing or prospective recruitment business (Prospect) which is suitable for recruitment funding by QUBA Solutions Limited (We/Us), You will be entitled to receive an incentive (Incentive) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Incentive shall be £500 in electronic gift vouchers for a retailer of Your choice provided that such vouchers are available for Us to purchase online in the United Kingdom. No cash alternative to the Incentive is available.
3. You may refer a Prospect to Us by completing the form on the referral page on our website. Alternatively, You may do so by emailing the relevant information to [email protected].
4. When referring a Prospect to Us, You must (i) ensure that You have permission to provide the relevant personal data to Us (ii) ensure that You do not cause a conflict of interest by making the referral and (iii) notify your employer, where applicable, about the Incentive if you are contractually, ethically or legally required to do so.
5. The Incentive is conditional upon (i) the Prospect not already being registered in our database at the time of Your referral and (ii) the Prospect entering into a funding agreement with Us and successfully completing Our onboarding process.
6. We will acknowledge Your referral of a Prospect and let You know if You become eligible to receive the Incentive. You will be responsible for any personal tax and national insurance liability which arises in relation to an Incentive.
7. In the event of any query or dispute arising in relation to the Referral Scheme, Our decision shall be final. We shall be under no obligation to enter into any correspondence in respect of Our decision.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Referral Scheme shall be limited to the sum of £500. We shall not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances.
9. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Scheme at any time.
10. The Referral Scheme is not available to Our employees or to employees of Our associated companies.
11. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law.
12. The Courts of England & Wales shall have jurisdiction in respect of any matter arising in relation to the construction, interpretation and performance of these Terms & Conditions.
