Candidates should submit their timesheets by 4pm on Tuesday. This allows enough time for the timesheet to be reviewed and approved ahead of the main payroll run on Wednesday.
For temps working through Clipper Contracting LTD, timesheets must be submitted and approved by 4pm on Wednesday.
If a timesheet is submitted or approved after the relevant deadline, Friday payment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend making sure timesheets are submitted and approved as early as possible.
Yes. We operate two late payroll runs on Friday for extenuating circumstances, such as late approvals or additional hours. Timesheets must be submitted and approved by 9am for the first late run or 1pm for the final run of the week.
Late payroll runs are there for exceptional circumstances and shouldn’t be relied upon as an extension of the normal payroll deadline.
Any amendments need to be sent to the payroll team by the relevant deadline. Changes received after the cut-off may not be actioned before payment is processed.
Submit and approve timesheets as early as possible. This gives you and the QUBA team time to resolve any queries before payroll is processed and helps ensure your contractors are paid on time.
If a timesheet is received after the tax week has been closed on Thursday, the associated margin will not be included in that week’s figures. Instead, the timesheet will be processed in the following week, and the margin will be reflected then.
You won’t lose the margin; it will fall into the following week’s figures. This is why it’s really important to make sure timesheets are submitted on time, so your margin is captured in the correct week and isn’t delayed.
