How does it work?

Once you’ve signed our contract and onboarded, you interact with our system in exactly the same way as our Temp Recruitment Funding Solution. The difference is contractual. QUBA enters into the contract with your client whilst you manage the client and worker interactions. Benefit from our standard terms of business, PAYE and LTD terms, KID and assignment schedules. Once you meet the criteria for gross status, QUBA will support your gross status application so that you can transition to our Temp Recruitment Funding model.
