After 11 years as a specialist employment lawyer in private practice, Katie became General Counsel at Gattaca PLC, leading legal and compliance for a complex interim and permanent recruitment business. Katie later joined Kernel Global and COO and General Counsel, where Katie helped secure private equity investment and launch its interim offering.

With over nine years of in-house experience, Katie combines legal excellence with commercial pragmatism.
