Today marks a major milestone in our journey — QUBA Solutions is officially 10 years old!

From our humble beginnings to becoming a trusted name in the recruitment finance industry, this decade has been filled with innovation, growth, and incredible partnerships. We’ve evolved, adapted, and thrived — all thanks to our amazing team, loyal clients, and supportive community.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve:

• Built lasting relationships with over a thousand agencies
• Created valuable partnerships with industry suppliers
• Navigated 3 office moves from Poundbury to Southampton
• Funded £2bn worth of invoices
• Processed over 2.5 million timesheets
• Worked with four different funders culminating in our strongest and most successful partnership yet with Natwest.
• Finally got a really good coffee machine in the office
