QUBA strengthens employee financial wellbeing with move to Cushon workplace pension

QUBA Solutions, a specialist provider of recruitment funding and back-office operations, has successfully transitioned its workplace pension provision to Cushon, reinforcing its long-term commitment to doing right by its people and investing in their financial future.

Effective from 1 April, approximately 52 employees across QUBA have moved to the Cushon pension scheme, alongside contractors paid through QUBA’s payroll and funding services.

The move reflects QUBA’s belief that financial wellbeing should be simple, transparent, and accessible, not something employees only think about at retirement. By introducing a more modern, engaging pension experience, QUBA aims to give its people greater visibility, control, and confidence over their long-term savings.

Cushon provides a technology-led pension platform that enables users to access and manage their pension through a simple app, supported by tools and educational content designed to improve financial understanding and decision-making.

The scheme also incorporates a climate-focused investment approach, aligning with QUBA’s broader view that businesses have a responsibility to consider both financial outcomes and wider impact.
