Reflecting on Financial Year ’24–25 and Powering into ’25–26

As we close the chapter on our 24–25 financial year, I’ve taken a moment to reflect on what has been a truly transformative year for QUBA. It’s been a period of growth, learning, and record-breaking achievements. But more importantly, it’s been a year where we’ve had the privilege of supporting our clients in building, scaling, and succeeding.

A Year of Milestones

We didn’t just grow, we accelerated.

  • We achieved our highest-ever funded turnover from new business in a 12-month period.
  • We more than doubled our transfer volume, helping more agencies make the leap to a better funding partner with QUBA.
  • We saw a 64% increase of new business wins and a 101% increase in referrals, a testament to the trust our clients place in us.

These numbers are more than just metrics, they represent real businesses we’ve helped thrive. Behind every deal is a recruiter with ambition, a team with a vision, and a business that needed the right support to move forward. Being part of that journey is what drives us.

Building for the Future

FY24–25 wasn’t just about results, it was about laying the groundwork for sustainable, client-focused growth. We:

  • Welcomed new team members and opened a new HQ in Southampton to better serve our growing client base
  • Launched a new website to make it easier for agencies to connect with us
  • Introduced personal development hours and company-wide customer service training to ensure every client interaction is exceptional
  • Increased conversations by 103% and meetings by 65%, because we know that meaningful conversations lead to meaningful outcomes
  • Were named one of the 350 fastest-growing firms in the UK, a reflection of the incredible businesses we’re proud to support

We also began new partnerships to enhance the value we bring to our clients. Because when our clients win, we all win.

As Head of Sales, I’ve never been more excited about where we’re headed. The foundation is strong, the team is fired up, and the opportunity to help even more agencies grow is bigger than ever.

FY25–26 is about more than hitting targets, it’s about continuing to be a trusted partner to the recruitment businesses we serve. We’re here to help them scale smarter, move faster, and achieve more.
