“I’ve worked for QUBA for 4 and a half years now and it’s been a pleasure to play a part in the business develop and grow. After working for a different company previously who constantly promised career progression and development without delivering, it’s refreshing to be part of a team who commit to this consistently and really invest in their staff. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and is rewarded in various ways. Proud to be part of the journey and long may it continue.”
Miranda Taylor
Senior Risk & Compliance Officer
“Why do I love working for QUBA…Everyone is so friendly from the directors down and across all departments. They are a company who listen to their staff and know that for a company to succeed the staff have to be happy and feel supported. It’s not all about the work either, from charity fundraising walks to bake offs, there is a lot of fun had!”

“I’ve had the privilege of working at QUBA Solutions for the past decade. Throughout my journey here, QUBA has been more than just a workplace—it’s been a catalyst for my personal and professional growth. Thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I’ve achieved milestones like becoming a fully qualified accountant and even running half marathons for charity—an endeavour I never imagined pursuing before. QUBA is big enough to achieve remarkable success”

“I’ve spent 10 happy years at QUBA, and have grown with the QUBA team as the company has expanded. QUBA supported me in earning a Prince2 Agile certification and enabled me to help make significant charitable and environmental change through the CSR team (of which I’m a member).
QUBA’s run club inspired my fitness journey, leading to half marathons and triathlons.
Being involved in system development for the last seven years, it’s been rewarding to see QUBA grow and evolve.”
Molly Emberley

“QUBA is a welcoming place to work, where new ideas and suggestions are met with a listening ear. I’ve really enjoyed being involved with QUBA’s charity initiatives (raising money for Mind) and with helping to organize the social events. One of the best things about QUBA is the continual development of staff – through in house training and also the personal development allowance, that enables employees to expand their skill sets further.”
Annie Price
Marketing Manager
“Despite only being with QUBA for a few months, I’ve always felt included and confident. My colleagues have been really supportive and encouraged me from day 1!
I feel confident that I can and will succeed within QUBA and know that senior management will always be there to not only support me, but also support my growth within the business.”

“I’ve worked at QUBA for three years & I’ve been given opportunities to work across multiple teams. For me, this showed that QUBA valued me as an employee and were always looking for ways for me to improve my knowledge of the business as well as grow personally. I’ve also made good friends, who have shown me that we’re all here to help each other. I think you’ll find it difficult to find a place just like QUBA.”
Stacey Evans

“I’ve been in recruitment & finance for over a decade and joining the QUBA team has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! From day one, I’ve felt valued and supported, and what a breath of fresh air that is. They foster an environment of trust and respect, encouraging both personal and professional growth. As a working military wife and mother of two, balancing my responsibilities can be challenging, but QUBA provides the flexibility and support I need to thrive.”
